Description of the procurement

Limerick City and County Council are requesting submissions for the provision of Facilities Management services at their seven corporate buildings. The services will include, but are not limited to:
 Planned Preventative Maintenance of Hard Services including building mechanical, electrical, security, lift, building management systems, life safety systems, machinery and equipment assets, and building fabric.
 Reactive maintenance for the above
 Asset Condition Surveys and Life Cycle Cost Planning
 Callout Service (24/7), including cases of immediate response to business critical needs
 Manned Security, including out of hours attendances e.g. for council events.
 Key holding, Alarm Monitoring, Remote Monitoring
 Waste Management
 Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping
 Pest Control
 On-site Resources
 PSDP/PSCS
 Contract Management

 Small Projects (Minor Works)
 Provision of Computer Assisted Facilities Management System (CAFM)
It is intended that the competition will be conducted in two stages as follows: Stage 1 - Pre Qualification Questionnaire, where candidates will request to participate in the competition by submitting a response to the PQQ in accordance with requirements outlined in the specific PQQ document. Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender, where Limerick City and County Council will invite the five highest ranking candidates to tender as identified following assessment of their Stage 1 submissions.
