Description of the procurement

ESB are looking for a partner to help us install, maintain, administer and manage these servers. We need a partner to help with datacentre support and maintenance. We will require :
A service to look after Windows server operating system patching and maintenance.
A server hardware patching and maintenance.
A service for VMWare server support, helping us manage our entire VMWare landscape, from vSphere to vCenter.
Maintenance and support of ancillary services in the datacentres such as Network Time Protocol.
