The Health Service Executive (HSE) seeks to award a Contract to a Single Source Supplier, for the provision of Access rights, e.g., Licenses, Services and After Sales Support to an Online Learning Platform (OLP), which will provide learners with unlimited, self-paced, access to Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC’s).
The eHealth and Disruptive Technologies Division within the HSE, invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to provide access and where required, auxiliary services such as training to a Technology, Business and Project Management skills based Online Learning Platform (OLP).
The HSE is invoking the Accelerated Procedure in order to have this Online Learning Platform implemented, completed and operational before the end of 2022.
