Short description
University of Limericks, PMTC, request the supply of a multimodal Hybrid PAT Raman system equipped with multiple optical probes for inline application in both Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors designed with industrial standards. The system must offer the possibility to work in air or in an immersion environment like bioreactors. The system must be designed for lab-to-process optimization, scalability, quality, and safety. The system must operate continuously for 24h/7 with process feedback for total operation transparency and to tightly monitor and control all process parameters. The system must be mobile to facilitate the shared access to the equipment and allows different users to move the equipment between different laboratories in different centres, i.e fitted in a trolley with storage capacity for optical probes and optical accessories, and sample compartment for fast and routine analysis.
The sought equipment must include the following features:

The sought equipment must include the following features:
1. A highly sensitive Spectrometer covering the chemical spectrum range 200-3300 cm-1
2. High power NIR laser (> 400 mW) at the output equipped with a mechanical shutter for safety
3. One or more autoclavable (Sterilisable) immersion optical bio-probes attached to at least 3-meter long cable
4. The immersion bio-probe must be 200-225 mm in length and with a Pg13.5 fitting compatible with most bioreactors
5. One large area probe with a long working distance (5-25 cm) or more, large spot laser (3-6 mm)
6. Non-contact optics for measurements in air with enclosed sample compartment
7. Control software for interfacing, data analysis and visualisation.
8. Chemomtrics software and predictive modelling tools for data analysis and quantification
9. Calibration accessories for both intensity and wavelength.
The system must be delivered with all required accessories, like adapters, accessories to block room lights (tubes or others) and calibration devices/tools. It must be equipped with a software-controllable mecha
