Provide recruitment services to recruit senior management roles for Metrolink project and Executive level posts for TII.
TII's purpose is to provide sustainable transport infrastructure and services, delivering a better quality of life, supporting economic growth and respecting the environment. TII are overseeing the delivery of the MetroLink Project.
MetroLink is a transformative piece of new public transport infrastructure, the first of its kind in Ireland. It will comprise a high-capacity, high-frequency, modern and efficient metro railway, with 16 new stations running from Swords to Charlemont. This multi-billion project will link Dublin Airport, Irish Rail, DART, Dublin Bus and Luas services and create a fully integrated public transport network for the greater Dublin area.

Description of the procurement

TII has a requirement for a Recruitment Partner to recruit senior management & technical roles for Metrolink Project and executive level posts for TII. The appropriate party should have significant reach nationally (in Ireland) and internationally to be able to identify and successfully appoint the relevant candidates.
It is envisaged that the appointed party will engage in both recruitment and executive search activities in order to obtain the range and level of personnel sought by TII.
It is anticipated that TII may utilise the services of the successful Tenderer to assist it in fulfilling permanent and temporary roles across technical, professional, specialist and senior management streams.
Please note that at the time of publication of this notice, all roles and grades stated in the RFT are awaiting formal approval from the relevant authorities.”

TII will not be liable for any participant’s costs arising in connection with participating in the competition, irrespective of the outcome of the
competition, or if the competition is cancelled or postponed.

(iii) procure the contract by other means,

The RFT sets out details of the project and the procurement process. The estimated value is between €1.5m - €2m (Ex VAT) which is based on current assumptions is of the recruitment of Senior Technical & Management roles for MetroLink Project roles and TII executive roles. The contract is for 2 years with an option to extend by a further 3 years. Award of the contract is subject to approval from the relevant authorities.
