Short description

It is intended that this Framework will be used by Dublin City Council to procure Contractors to carry out residential construction works projects (new build and refurbishment) within a value range exceeding €25,000,000. This Framework will be operated and managed by Dublin City Council. The Term of the Framework will be for 48 Months. The call of method per project for the Framework, once established, will be competitive Tender to all Framework Participants.
The Framework will be formed under the Restricted Procedure. Stage 1, Applicants will be assessed and short listed using the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire, the successful Applicants will become Candidates. A maximum number of 15 Applicants will be admitted to the Stage 2. Stage 2 Candidates will tender for the initial Dorset Street Housing Project. A maximum number of 8 Candidates scoring the most marks on the Stage 2 Tender Award Criteria will be deemed successful and be admitted to the Framework.

Dublin City Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2014. In such cases, the relevant material, will in response to the FOI request; be examined in the light of the exemptions provided for in the Act.
It will be a condition for the award of any contract by Dublin City Council that the successful Tenderer and all sub-contractors (if applicable) produce a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in compliance with Circular (43) 2006 (or as amended) and that the certificate will be maintained for the duration of the contract and will be on a 12 month basis. In the case of a non-resident Tenderer, a statement of suitability from the Revenue Commissioners will be required.
