The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tender submissions for the supply, storage, distribution and support of Pharmacy Needle Exchange Packs for the Pharmacy Needle Exchange (PNEX) Programme.
The scope of the contract is for the supply of the Products listed in the Tender Response Document, Specification & Cost tab to the HSE PNEX Programme, the HSE reserves the right to include additional PNEX Programmes by agreement with the successful Contractor over the lifetime of the Contract.
The Contract duration will be for a term of 24 months with the option of extending for a further 2x12 month periods with the same terms and conditions.

Additional information

HSE 12952 Tender for Pharmacy Needle Exchange Packs to the HSE Pharmacy Needle Exchange Programme will not be awarded .
Due to discrepancies in Tender proposals received it was not possible to evaluate Tender submissions.
It is the HSEs intention to imminently publish a replacement competition notice which should facilitate the evaluation of Tender proposals.
