Description of the procurement

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of multi-party framework agreements for the provision of recruitment services in three (3) lots:
Lot 1: General Recruitment – Permanent, Fixed-Term and Temporary
Lot 2: Specialist Skills Recruitment – Permanent, Fixed-Term and Temporary
Lot 3: Graduate Recruitment and/or other large volume group recruitment programmes.
The services set out for Lots 1 and 2 will in the main be required for recruitment and placement of resources in Enterprise Ireland’s locations in Ireland. However, from time to time the Contracting Authority may choose to use this framework, on an exceptional basis, to recruit and place overseas resources into the Enterprise Ireland network of offices overseas, e.g. in the event that the Contracting Authority has not been successful in securing a suitable local overseas recruitment provider as is the Contracting Authority’s current normal practice for overseas recruitment.
The graduate programme services set out for Lot 3 will encompass recruitment and placement of graduate resources onto Enterprise Ireland’s graduate programmes which are currently both national and international placements.

All information relating to attachments, including clarifications and changes, will be published on the Irish Government Procurement Opportunities Portal (www.etenders.gov.ie) only. Registration is free of charge. The contracting authority will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed) via third parties.

9) At its absolute discretion, the contracting authority may elect to terminate this procurement process, the framework agreement or any contract awarded under the framework agreement at any time.
