Short description

As part of the Authority remit as regulator for the provision of Taxi Regulation within the Republic of Ireland, the Authority is responsible for the delivery of the Small Public Service Vehicles (SPSV) Driver Entry Test, maintaining the question banks and retaining the results of historical tests. The Authority intends to conduct ongoing reviews and development of the SPSV Driver Entry Test. The Authority is seeking a Service Provider for the provision of review services for the SPSV Driver Entry Test, and subsequent recommendations on areas for improvement. The Authority is seeking a Service Provider with knowledge and experience of statistical analysis in computer generated testing.
The Authority reviews the test questions on an on-going basis but requires a specialised third party to assist in completing an overall test performance and question review and provide recommendations on current industry best practice.

The contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure irrespective of the outcome of the competition, or if the competition is postponed or cancelled.
