Description of the procurement

The Contracting Authority is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified supplier(s) to develop and deliver on the requirements and specifications for e-learning development and educational technologist support services to develop, design/ redesign and produce high quality bespoke online/blended e-Learning programmes in English and Irish for the ELC and SAC sector as part of the CPD supports provided by and on behalf of the ELC/SAC Division in DCEDIY.
The contract will require the provision of multiple online and blended e-learning projects over the duration of the contract, some of which will take place simultaneously. The Quality Unit within the ELC and SAC Division of DCEDIY will be responsible for the overall coordination of the contract and will oversee the sequencing of projects within the contract. For each e-learning project, the Contracting Authority will assign a relevant Project Oversight Group for each project that will have responsibility for the content and oversight of e-learning outputs and which will work in close collaboration with the successful Tenderer (Contractor) during the project.
