Short description
The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) is to enable the Contracting Entity to evaluate the suitability of applicants and to arrive at a shortlist of potential suppliers. It is intended that following PQQ evaluation, a number of applicants will be invited to tender for the specific requirements of the contract which is to develop a high-quality Dublin Bus website that is responsive across all devices, easy to navigate, intuitive to use, accessible and fast with advanced search features and capabilities. To use the latest in UI/UX design that delights and is usable for all customers and adhere to all Government/EU and Web Accessibility guidelines. We will require all year round support ( 365 days, 24/7) for the website/CMS and to implement and manage a robust and secure EU hosting solution that provides a speedy and stable platform for the system and its websites.
