Description of the procurement

Lot 1 – Idea Incubation and Experimentation
• Creativity stimulation and design enabling the generation of new venture ideas (ideation)
• Evaluation of ideas with the engagement of the relevant subject matter expertise
• Design and delivery of Incubator Methodologies to transition new employee business ideas from concept stage to investor ready proposition status
• Provision of all specialist mentors, subject matter expertise and incubation management
• Content capture and creation on behalf of ESB for external PR and internal ESB usage
• Formal reporting to ESB management on a regular basis to be defined including proposed KPIs for incubation
• User & Customer Recruitment for customer empathy, problem validation and “learning” experiments
• UX design, or similar expert support for prototype and wireframe development
• Support for ESB X_Site throughout incubation
• Deliverables from venture incubation - Experiment Planning and delivery, investment, timescales, partnerships etc
