In summary, the Services comprise:
1. A fully underwritten Mortgage Protection Insurance scheme for persons who newly avail or have previously availed of house purchase loan finance from Local Authorities (the Main Scheme) and to cover the rental equity portion of Shared Ownership loans (the SO Scheme) and other mortgage elements, and.
2. Oversight, administration, and management of the scheme to include.
• Premium collections and management
• Claims management
• Liaison with all 31 Local Authorities on all matters as they relate to operation and administration of the scheme
• Regular Reporting
