The Service Provider will develop and deliver a bespoke or customisable Innovation Programme that addresses all stages from idea generation to commercial success in line with the detailed requirements presented in the specification.

Description of the procurement

Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail (IÉ) has an increasing ambition for rail, seeing it as having the potential to become the backbone of a sustainable transport system for Ireland, one that serves both passengers and freight at unprecedented levels.
The overarching objective of the proposed Innovation Programme is to further develop an innovation culture across the organisation, building on the very positive continuous improvement initiatives delivered over recent years and supporting achievement of the expanding ambitions for the company and rail mode. The vision is that through a well constructed programme, accessible to all colleagues and focused on a selection of high potential projects, with widescale learning opportunities that a significant proportion of the organisation may be engaged and the corporate mindset developed.
