Short description

PMS to assist with four number Type 3 school building projects. This contract will be a three year contract with a possible extension of 12 months on 1,2, or 3 occasions. The PM will be required to liaise between the client (Síol /Le Chéile), the Design Team(s), Contractors in order to deliver these projects on time, within budget and to specification. In addition to the four projects currently identified, Síol/Le Chéile may require additional similar PM services which are allowed for within this tender, based on a Day Rate.
