Short description
To supply and deliver temporary buildings that will have the capacity to accommodate up to 21 beds in three blocks, with 1 temporary office block with welfare facility. A Store Room may be required. An optional price for a Store Room will be requested. Tenderers are required to be in a position to deliver the units in mid-November 2022 and to have completed the delivery, off-loading, positioning, levelling, and connections of the temporary buildings, within one week of request. Significant Traffic Management will be required to facilitate the installation and decommissioning of the units. Detailed layout and Traffic Management Plan must be submitted with this Tender.
Galway City Council proposes to award an initial contract for a 20 week period commencing from November 2022 to March 2023 with the option to extend for a further 3 years. Total 4 years.
