SDCC is tendering its catering service contracts for three of their park locations: Tymon Park Intergenerational Centre, Airlie Park Pavillion and Esker Park.. The contracts are being tendered as four Lots with the option to tender for each location (Lots 1-3) or the option to tender for all Lots (Lot 4).
SDCC will retain the right to award Lot 4, therefore negating the requirement to award Lot 1, 2 or 3. The agreement will encompass the operation of coffee shops.

The resulting licence will be for a duration of an initial 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2x 12 months (i.e. 5 years total).
Tenderers are advised that the extension of this licence will be contingent upon, amongst other matters, the successful tenderer’s performance, various financial considerations and the continued strategic appropriateness of the licence. It should be noted that a full commercial review of the licence including all financial, operational and service components may take place on the extension of the licence agreement.
