Short description
The Contracting Authority, wishes to put in place a Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified contractor to act on behalf of the Contracting Authority in developing a 7,500kWp minimum Solar Photovoltaic (PV) plant within the Dublin Airport campus to provide on-site renewable electricity to Dublin Airport.
The Contracting Authority previously advertised this opportunity (2022/S 079-213723) due to changes in the Contracting Authorities requirements we are re-advertising this opportunity.
The Contracting Authority will be utilising the accelerated procurement procedure available under Directive 2014/25/EU for this procurement process. Due to the new energy challenges right across Europe, the Contracting Authority wishes to accelerate these works in response to the issues under the following key headings, managing the impact on consumers and businesses, ensuring security of energy supply in the near-term and reducing our dependency on imported fossil fuels.
