Short description

.As can be seen from Appendix B (Specification and Requirements) of the tender document we are looking for sets of one type of instrument: We are looking for quotes for 8, 10 or 12 wide-band MT induction coil magnetometer type systems. A separate tender submission should be submitted for each Lot applied for. DIAS would like to procure a number of these systems and will not know until all bids are in and evaluated exactly how many can be acquired from available funds. The supply of higher quantities may include additional discount if applicable.

A Contract Agreement between Supplier and Buyer shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Each of the Parties agrees that the Courts of Ireland are to have jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by the Contractual Agreement or otherwise arising in connection with the Agreement, and for such purposes irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
If the dispute is not resolved within one (1) month, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration of a person to be mutually agreed, or failing
agreement, of a person appointed by the President of the Institute of Engineers in Ireland any such reference shall deem to be submission to the Arbitration Act 2010
