The Health Service Executive (HSE) has an urgent requirement to upgrade/replace the Voice Solution in Nenagh General Hospital (NGH). The current solution has been designated 'end of service life' by the manufacturer and presents significant risk to hospital operations. The HSE are looking for a solution that will increase voice network resiliency levels, reduce risk of failure to an acceptable level, allow for future expansion needs, and reduce operational costs through utilisation of National Health Network connectivity. As the requirement is classified as urgent the successful service provider will be required to commit to commence installation within 12 weeks of award of contract.
