• Policy statements

Description of the procurement

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC) is inviting applications from interested parties to supply design and print services for a period of 12 months, with possible extension(s). Below are examples of some of the print and design outputs which are likely to be produced during the contract period: • General information booklets • The Commission’s Annual report • Research Reports • Policy statements • Legal information booklets • Graphics for web and digital media • Corporate stationery • Suite of standalone cover templates • Promotional material (such as leaflets, event programmes, flyers, pull ups and presentation templates) Our stakeholders and audiences are wide ranging and include; the general public, people whose rights may have been breached, politicians, civil and public servants, other statutory bodies, community and voluntary organisations, the media, legal professionals, researchers, academics, educators, students and international human rights and equality bodies. IHREC places a strong emphasis on ensuring innovative design is evident through our outputs and has over recent years put significant work into achieving a consistency in visual identity which showcases the Commission’s range of publications and outputs as easily identifiable, innovative in their design and which reflect the values of the Commission in terms of accessibility.
