Donegal County Council (DCC) proposes to develop the transport network around the South of Letterkenny town. This strategic piece of infrastructure aims to provide connectivity from Letterkenny to West Donegal, improve traffic congestion, support compact growth and encourage modal shift. DCC propose to engage a consultant to progress the project in line with TII Project Management Guidelines PE-PMG-02014 through Phases 1-4.
