The Defence Forces are seeking a light mine clearance vehicle with the capability to remotely clear anti-personnel landmines and similar sized explosive ordnance in accordance with International Mine Action Standards (IMAS). The vehicle must benefit from modernised and efficient mechanical systems, enhanced optics and high levels of maneuverability reducing the logistics support for deployment.
The vehicle must have a tiller/flail attachment.
The procurement must include a training package for operator/instructors and maintainers as well as a maintenance contract for ongoing support following the initial warranty period.
