Description of the procurement

The Contracting Authority is looking for a Managing Agent for Ireland's First 5 Little Baby Bundle Scheme ("Baby Bundle") to be piloted in Dublin and County Waterford. The Managing Agent's services include:
Designing and distributing a data capture card to capture personal information of expectant parents at their 20-22 week antenatal scan
Sourcing, procuring and storing the Baby Bundles and contents that reflect the Government’s aims of the Scheme and commitment to environmental protection and sustainability, with ethical practice throughout the supply chain, from manufacturing to delivery.
Handling any necessary design, print, and publication services
Baby Bundle and contents assembly
The handling and coordination of Baby Bundle deliveries to participating families in accordance with the preferred delivery timeframe, either before or after the birth.
Customer support services
A system of quality assurance
Advising on the logistics and process of the procurement and distribution of the Baby Bundle.
Engaging with the successful Tenderer engaged to evaluate the First 5 Little Baby Bundle Pilot Scheme
