Short description
This is a tender for a contract, comprising of two Lots, for the provision of Facilities Management Services
The Arts Council currently occupies two adjacent properties at 69 and 70 Merrion Square, plus The Mews Fitzwilliam Lane, Dublin 2 with a complement of 100 + people who are dispersed across a number of departments, supported by: staff hot desking, number of internal meetings, plus other bodies associated with the Arts Council availing of meeting room facilities, and external catering support.
