Description of the procurement

Scope of Contracting Authority’s Requirement
Intruder Detection Systems
Bus Éireann has a requirement for the maintenance of Intruder Alarm Systems in our properties. Wired, wireless and hybrid technologies equipped with Communication Technologies allowing them to be remotely monitored are utilized to provide the very highest of security standards in our properties. Vendors who maintain our Intruder Alarm Systems must do so according to EN 50131 Standards, and are licensed by the PSA and Certified by the EQA to maintain Intruder Alarm Systems.
CCTV Systems
Maintain a full range of High Definition CCTV security Systems from the Hikvision Range, utilizing both High Definition over Coax and Dedicated IP Network, ensuring integration with our Building Management systems including:
• Access Control Systems,
• Intruder & Fire Alarm Systems
• Stand Alone Embedded Video Recorders
• Software Server Based Video Recorders
Provision of remote management of our CCTV systems to ensure any CCTV failure is detected and rectified within 12 hours
Intelligent Fire Detection Systems
Maintain our Fire Alarm Systems, both Conventional and Addressable, ensuring communication with our Building Integration Technologies with Access Control, Intruder Alarm and CCTV, to maintain a safe working environment for our employees. All Fire Alarm Systems to be maintained to IS 3218 Standards
Access Control Systems & Intercom Systems
Maintain our Access Control Systems, from simple Stand Alone Door Systems to fully Integrated Networked Door Systems, ensuring integration with our Building Management systems including:
• Intruder & Fire Alarm Systems
• Intercom Systems
• CCTV Systems
• Gate Automation
All systems maintained to EN 50132 Standards, licensed by the PSA and Certified by the EQA to Maintain Access Controls. Provision of remote management of our Access Control systems to ensure any system failure is detected and rectified within 12 hours
