The Distillers Building is a new build 8 storey over double basement new build office development in Smithfield, Dublin 7. This project comprises the CAT A & CAT B office fit-out to the ground floor, first to 6th floors and partial fit-out of basement spaces for ancillary storage facility. The basebuild is currently at construction stage. The landlord areas will be completed to a ‘shell and core’ finish.
The subject office floors in the building comprises of a total net internal area as set out in the RICS Code of Measuring Practice of approximately 16,893 sq. m. The ancillary storage space at Basement level has an area of approximately 947 sq. m.
