RFT for N3 Virginia Bypass - Topographical Survey Contract for Cavan County Council
Cavan County Council are seeking to carry out a topographical survey for the design of the N3 Virginia Bypass project. The Survey Contractor will be required to supplement an existing LiDAR DTM with the survey of a control network of PGMs, Survey of road areas, smaller watercourses, ground truthing, and survey river/floodplain cross-sections and produce a DTM and a Detailed Cad Topographical Model and a Survey Report. The Survey Contractor will also: provide Traffic Management for works on the carriageway and install fencing to protect PGMs.

Review procedure

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day followingthe date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the Contracting Authority will notconclude this reviewable public contract, to which a standstill period applies, in accordance with Irish Statutorystandstill period will be 14 calender days where notifications are sent electronically or by fax and 16 calenderdays where these are sent by any other means. The Statutory Instrument mentioned above provides thatreview procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining thereviewable public contract and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by aninfringement of the law in relation to that reviewable public contract.
