NIBRT is looking to acquire an instrument for cell line development. The ideal solution will be one that allows for multiplexed and automated investigation of thousands of individual clones per experiment to find the best producing cells for recombinant protein production. The ideal solution will have advanced high-resolution imaging capabilities to ensure monoclonality of generated cell lines and will enable the recovery of clonal populations for further processing, expansion, and banking. The ideal solution will also facilitate on board assays for the determination of expressed product titre or other potential quality attributes to facilitate identification of the best potential clones for further investigation in an automated and simplified manner.
