Description of the procurement
Subject to budget approval, the Contracting Authority (CA) intends to purchase and implement a ‘Recruitment and Business Intelligence’ IT solution to support the Human Resource Directorate (HR) and hospital management in attracting, recruiting and on-boarding applicants to meet the increasing hospital staffing requirements.
The core part of the procurement process is to identify and assess the suitability of a Software as a Service (SaaS) Applicant Tracking System, with some business intelligence capability and full integration with the CA’s website careers pages (https://www.stjames.ie/careers/)
The CA ultimately intends to fully integrate the ATS solution with its SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System (Version ECC6) and tenderers will be required to demonstrate that their product is fully embeddable into the CA’s existing IMS architecture.
The CA also wishes to explore the integration possibilities between the ATS and its Learning Management System (applicant online training requirements).
For full details please see document 001 Pre Qualification Questionnaire.
