Description of the procurement

ESB Generation and Trading intends to procure a single contract for the supply, implementation, licencing, support and maintenance for a Cloud-based (and Hosted) SaaS Safety Induction Management System to record contractor and ESB staff training records, maintain specific mandatory contractor and ESB staff safety documentation and deliver safety induction online.
The key aspects of the single Safety Induction Management System for ESB Generation and Trading will be as follows:
• Commercial Off-The-Shelf functionality that will enhance the management of contractor safety of the business unit.
• A single and proven system already in service with a similar type and scale of company as ESB Generation and Trading.
• The system must be vendor Cloud-based hosted while interfacing successfully with ESB IT systems as needed.
• The data must be secured and stored in accordance with the relevant jurisdictional GDPR and data protection regulations.
