Description of the procurement

The maximum duration of the framework agreement will be two (2) years with the option to extend by a further (2) x two 12-month extensions subject to a satisfactory annual review of performance. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement.
