Description of renewals:
The framework agreement(s) will be for two years, with the option to extend for a further two year period, subject to a maximum of four years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. For the avoidance of doubt, the C.A. confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
It is envisaged that the top 6 scoring Applicants (subject to the quality & number of Suitability Assessment Questionnaires - SAQs received) who meet the minimum criteria and rules for selection will be invited to tender. Applicants who are selected for inclusion on the tender list will be issued a formal Invitation to Tender Document and will be asked to respond with a tender submission. Submissions received will be assessed on the basis of the rules, criteria and weightings set out in the Invitation to Tender Document in order to make an award decision. A maximum of 5 Contractors will be admitted to the framework.
