The purpose of this Tender is to invite Microsoft Certified partners to tender for migration of services from the current on premise Microsoft Exchange ecosystems in Temple Street, Our Lady’s Hospital Crumlin, HSE hosted (nchg.ie), Tallaght and Connolly to the Microsoft 365 cloud.
CHI in conjunction with Microsoft and third party M365 subject matter experts have developed a roadmap and implementation design. A detailed review of the existing on-premise environments was carried out to ensure there were no issues in the recommended direction as well as provide additional technical content for this tender.
This roadmap and design for Microsoft 365 includes Identity, Email, File storage, collaboration and security defines a preferred implementation plan and should be used as the point of reference for the delivery of the requirements (detailed in Appendix 1 Requirements and Implementation Plan). The project will be split in 3 phases.
