Description of the procurement

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: The Poulavone proposed development comprises the construction of 64 no. residential units, and 149 no. parking spaces together with an associated communal landscape area and all associated works on a site which is in the ownership of Cork City Council. The proposed works include the construction of:  18 apartments in 6 no. three storey blocks, comprising; o 3 no. 1-bed ground floor (specially adapted) apartments o 3 no. 2-bed ground floor apartments o 12 no. 2-bed first floor duplexes  16 no. 2-bed terraced and semi-detached 2-storey houses.  8 no. 2-bed 1-storey bungalows.  1 no. 2-bed (specially adapted) 1-storey bungalow.  24 no. 3-bed terraced and semi-detached 2-storey houses.  1 no. 3-bed (specially adapted) 1-storey bungalow.  2 no. 4-bed semi-detached 2-storey houses.  149 no. parking spaces  Landscaping, open spaces, footpaths, boundary treatments including retaining walls and timber fencing.  Associated site works including new roads, car parking, underground services, drainage systems, watermains, connections and associated site development works.
