Short description

The Office of Public Works (OPW) operates and supports a substantial number of meeting rooms at our headquarters in Trim and at our Dublin office plus a number of smaller locations throughout the country. Throughout the recent pandemic OPW has seen a rapid shift towards blending working arrangements and with that, meetings now frequently involve both physical meeting rooms and remote participants on the same meeting. There has also been an increased demand for the support of more than one video conferencing platform within meeting rooms as users frequently receive meeting invitations from external parties on platforms not used by OPW. OPW users require one-touch access to high quality scheduled AV meetings, seamless screen sharing, collaboration and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) capabilities to enable them collaborate effectively in this new environment.
