Respond are seeking consultancy services of an Architect Led Design Team to assess the current condition of the building, a protected structure on the front elevation, with particular attention being put on current areas of concern for the building occupiers.
The project requires an Architect Led Design Team to establish suitable remedial works for each individual one bed apartment which includes for new kitchen, wardrobes, flooring, wet area, windows, doors, mechanical and electrical works, fire remedial works etc.
