The Contracting Authority wishes to advise the market that, due to an administrative error, this Contract Award Notice was not issued at the time of the award of the contract.
It was the intention of the Contracting Authority to conduct a new procurement process for the provision of these services but, due to changes within the Contracting Authority’s operational environment, the scope of any new tender cannot be determined at this time.
As the new requirement will not become clear until late 2022 and as the continuation of the current contract is essential to the Contracting Authority’s operations, it is intended to publish a Modification Notice under Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU to extend the present contract for a period of up to 50% of the original contract and up to 50% of the original contract value.
It was the intention of the Contracting Authority to conduct a new procurement process for the provision of these services but, due to changes within the Contracting Authority’s operational environment, the scope of any new tender cannot be determined at this time.
