The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is seeking tenders for appointment to a framework for the provision of legal services to the State Claims Agency on managing delegated claims and counter-claims against the State in respect of General Claims (Employer’s Liability, Public Liability & Property Damage), comprising of eight panels:
