arnród Éireann requires the services of competent contractors for the supply and installation of new mechanical and electrical systems as well as the upgrade, renewal and replacement of certain mechanical and electrical systems and assets. Iarnród Éireann seeks to establish a multi-party framework agreement for these purposes.
The Framework Agreement will be divided into four lots as follows:

Mechanical
Fire Systems
CCTV and Security Systems

E.g. a lighting Installation at a train station or an upgrade of electrical infrastructure in Iarnród Éireann property.
During the term of this framework agreement, works packages will be subject to mini tender competitions. Each Contract which will be awarded on the Framework Agreement will be for an individual project.

Applicants will be invited to complete a questionnaire (attached) which seeks company details; information on similar contracts undertaken with value, dates, locations and contact names for reference etc; applicants may be requested to provide supporting information such as balance sheets for the past three financial years.
