The successful tenderer will source, implement, integrate and maintain a robust, easy-to-use, scalable, flexible CMS, to allow Dublin Bus to efficiently manage, maintain and publish all content on dublinbus.ie and mobile Apps. To develop a high-quality Dublin Bus website and accompanying hybrid Apps (iOS and Android) that is responsive across all devices, easy to navigate, intuitive to use, accessible and fast with advanced search features and capabilities. To use the latest in UI/UX design that delights and is usable for all customers and adhere to all Government/EU and Web Accessibility guidelines. They will need to provide 365 24/7 support for all systems and to implement and manage a robust and secure EU hosting solution that provides a speedy and stable platform for the system and its websites.
