Description of the procurement

Teagasc are inviting submissions from companies / organisations with expertise and capability relating to providing Administration and Claims Support on Research Grants, as detailed below:
Financial management and reporting of grant funded research projects to ensure all claims are prepared and submitted according to funding agency deadlines, to maximise the drawdown against funding agency awards, to respond to funding agency queries on the submitted claims, to ensure claims are ultimately accepted and that queries / audit points / rejected expenses are kept to a minimum. In general, to support the project from inception to final report / audit as set out hereunder. Teagasc is outsourcing both the management and the carrying out of this task. The successful bidder will be required to liaise directly with the funding agencies, co-ordinating institutes and Teagasc Project Leaders.
