Description of the procurement

Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) dated 9 June 2021, For the provision of IT Managed Services to Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg).

This is stage One – the PQQ Call for Competition
As per published contract notice PQQ Procurement Documentation:
The initial Term of the contract shall be as per 1.4 of PQQ: "Any contract that may result from this Competition (the 'Services Contract') will be issued for a term of Four Years ('the Term') " 10.02.2022 to 09.02.2026. And as published 1.5 of PQQ, "The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to One year with a maximum of Two such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law."
