Short description
This tender encompasses two elements:
1) Plain English writing services including developing and editing a variety of customer and corporate communications including but not limited to: letters, emails, reports, forms, booklets, reports, newsletters, customer guides, online content and other such written customer communications as required by sections of the Department on both an ad hoc, and planned project basis; and
2) Training of DSP staff in Plain English communication/writing to help to continually improve the clarity, quality and readability of customer communications by the Department.
The tenderer must be capable of producing documents in accordance with recognised Plain English standard, be capable or providing a recognised accreditation mark, and be familiar with the Universal Design Standards that apply in the Irish public sector.

This tender encompasses two elements:
1) Plain English writing services including developing and editing a variety of customer and corporate communications including but not limited to: letters, emails, reports, forms, booklets, reports, newsletters, customer guides, online content and other such written customer communications as required by sections of the Department on both an ad hoc, and planned project basis; and
2) Training of DSP staff in Plain English communication/writing to help to continually improve the clarity, quality and readability of customer communications by the Department. This is a service for drawdown as required, and is not linked to any specific individual project and the Departments requirements will vary from month to month.
