Additional information

The duration of the framework agreement will be four (4) years with four (4) x one (1)
year extensions subject to satisfactory annual review of performance, business needs and
budgetary constraints. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any Contracts awarded under this Framework Agreement may extend beyond the date of expiry of the agreement. The maximum value of the framework over the life of the framework is €1,000,000 excluding VAT over the lifetime of the agreement i.e. 8 years.
It should be emphasized that this value is not a guarantee of any spend over the life of the
Framework Agreement.
