Additional information

As no tenders or requests to participate were submitted in response to an open procedure, Revenue entered into a Negotiated Procedure without a Call for Competition and a contract was awarded to Visible Thread Ltd on this basis. The initial conditions of the contract were not substantially altered. The contract is scheduled to run from 17/11/21 until 16/11/24 with the option to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12)
months with a maximum of one (1) such extension permitted subject to the Contracting
Authority’s obligations at law.
