Description of the procurement

A key part of the Electric Ireland strategy is to empower customers in both Residential and Business markets to understand and engage with their usage of energy.
Electric Ireland require a Market Research Company to carry out regular customer satisfaction & experience trackers, to highlight how the organisation is performing across a range of different criteria and customer touchpoints. There will be a requirement to provide a common methodology and consistent approach to measuring customer satisfaction & experience, across a range of customer touchpoints and channels.
It would be essential that the agency pitching for this Lot would have an in house call centre.

Description of the procurement

Electric Ireland require a Market Research Company to carry out regular tracking across key brand metrics, to highlight how the Electric Ireland brand is performing across a range of different criteria. There will be a requirement to provide a common methodology and consistent approach to measuring and assessing public perceptions of the brand within the competitive context. The survey will need to include an evaluation of brand imagery metrics, product, service and proposition awareness and perceptions, as well as the performance of brand and marketing activity such as advertising, PR, sponsorship and social media. The tracking survey will be used to guide tactical and strategic thinking for the brand.
As well a regular tracking study, there will also be a requirement, on an ad hoc basis, to undertake market research surveys in a range of areas pertaining to the Electric Ireland brand, product, service or marketing activity.

Description of the procurement

ESB require a Market Research Company to carry out ad hoc qualitative research projects. Research of this nature might include projects for either or both of ESB and/or Electric Ireland.
