Short description
In short, the Services comprise the provision of a Voice and Data Network Maintenance and Support service for the Houses of the Oireachtas Service.
The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, advice and assistance in the areas of:
• Maintenance and support of the current hardware and software (details included at Appendix 1, section 3.1 of this RFT).
• Capacity to provide training in aspects of voice and data hardware & software, on- or off-site at the Contracting Authority’s discretion
• Rationalisation of current environment, e.g. reduction of PRAs, utilising new technologies etc.
• Supply of Alcatel-Lucent networking and telecoms devices as required.
• Future needs relating to telephony and data services
