Short description

50 no. Electric bicycles required suitable for bike share scheme. Must be designed for permanent outdoor use and come with suitable anti-theft and anti-vandalism mechanisms.
Puncture resistant tyres, min 3 gears with internal drum mechanism for both gears and brakes.
Battery must be lockable and min 10Ah with approx 200km range. Insulated battery compartment to protect against frost damage.
Bikes must have a fixed advertising panel within the frame or mounted on mudguards or rear frame.
Frame mounted locking system essential and must utilise a metal chain/cable theater. Lock must utilise bluetooth, cellular and LoRA communications platforms.
Frames must be alloy, painted/powder coated in yellow with frame mounted ID number sequence to be supplied.
Instruction panel must also be mounted on handle bar area.

List and brief description of conditions:  All bicycles must meet EN15194 regulations and locking mechanisms must meet regulatory standards. Proof of all Safety standards must be supplied with any response to tender.
Suppliers must have a proven track record within the MaaS sector and be able to supply a companion app AND and API protocol for the bikes for integration into other software platforms.
