The campaign primarily involves working with the staff in each building to effect behavioural change with regard to energy usage and eliminating energy wastage. The programme also includes minor capital works, where small investment with acceptable payback periods assist with achieving targeted energy savings. Average annual energy savings of over 20% have been achieved in the participating buildings.
